Our Mission
Reading is the foundation of opportunity.
G-Men of Nashville partners with underserved elementary schools to build reading confidence and academic achievement through structured incentive programs that reward literacy milestones.
We believe every child deserves recognition for achievement, structured support, and the incentives that transform reading behavior into lifelong outcomes.
The Origin
I didn't escape because someone gave me books.
I escaped because I learned how to use the library.
Read & Ride teaches students to use the most powerful resource already in every school — the library — and turn it into a ladder for generational opportunity.
